Lines Store/Lines For The Body LLC ships to the 50 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. You may contact us if you would like to request shipping outside of this range.

Returns may be made within 14 days for exchange or store credit (in-store or online) upon receipt of the item to Lines Store. No refunds will be made. All products must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be returned. It is up to the discretion of the Lines Store to decline returns based on poor condition or situation that would not warrant resale. All tags must remain with the items, and items cannot have been worn or used other than to try them on for fit or style relevance. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost packages being returned.

For sanitary reasons open packages of tights, socks, earrings, face masks or hair products may not be returned.

Pointe shoes may not be exchanged if there have been any alterations have been made to the shoe, i.e. sewn ribbons or elastic or changes to the shoe due to manipulation for fit. They may only be exchanged if the incorrect shoe was sent, or does not satisfy the need of the dancer.

If you received items that were incorrect or in damaged condition, please contact us and we will gladly replace it. Please let us know if shipping errors may have contributed to any damaged items.
